Yet, when used thoughtfully, AI can help clarify and elevate what is genuinely distinctive about your international development or public sector experience, rather than packaging you in language that sounds too generic and robotic.
In this session, Mohamed guided seminar attendees along an interactive walkthrough of HiringCoachAI , a platform built specifically for mission-driven professionals navigating career pivots into new sectors. He also provided a step-by-step walkthrough of the online tool’s capabilities, resources, and settings to help you harness the power of AI in the most effective manner for your job search needs.
Mohamed modeled HiringCoachAI after the natural arc of a job search. The program will help users identify their unique value propositions, then help job-seekers make the most of their professional networks, assist in drafting targeted application materials, and, finally, prepare users for interviews with hyper-specific feedback – all with artificial intelligence’s assistance!
In addition, attendees learned how to develop a practical framework for using AI in the job search and nurture an AI-first mindset that helps us all think more expansively about what’s possible across our work and careers.
While AI usage (especially its overuse) can be a two-edged sword, Mohamed offered clear and practical ways to use AI-assisted technologies to enhance our job searches!
